These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of FitnessWorx.com (the “Site”), operated by FitnessWorx (“we”, “us” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Health and fitness disclaimer
The content on the Site, including articles, videos, workout plans and the results of our calculators and tools, is for general information and education only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for advice, diagnosis or treatment from a doctor or other qualified health professional.
