Intermittent Fasting Timer

Pick a fasting plan such as 16:8, set when you start eating, and follow a live countdown to the end of your fast or eating window.

How this works

Choose a plan (hours fasting : hours eating) and when your eating window starts. The timer uses your device’s clock to show whether you are in your eating window or fasting, and how long until it changes. Your settings are saved in your browser.

16:8 is the most common starting point. Research suggests time-restricted eating works mainly by helping people eat fewer calories, so food quality still matters.
