Build a yoga session that fits your day: an energizing morning flow, a gentle wind-down before bed, or something in between. Then follow along pose by pose with the built-in timer.
How this works
Sequences follow a classic structure: centering, warm-up, standing poses, balance, an optional peak pose, floor poses, cool-down and relaxation in corpse pose. Your focus changes how much time goes to each part; a relaxing flow spends longer on the floor with slower holds, while a strength flow adds standing and balance work.
Each hold is timed at about 5 seconds per breath. One-sided poses are done on the right, then the left.
Stop exercising and rest if you feel pain, dizziness or unusual shortness of breath. Check with your doctor before starting a new exercise program.
