Work out your pace per 100 yards or meters and see what it means for longer swims in the pool or open water.
How this works
Pace per 100 = time ÷ distance × 100, in the same unit as your pool (yards or meters). Predictions multiply that pace by each distance, so expect to swim a little slower over longer distances.
Stop exercising and rest if you feel pain, dizziness or unusual shortness of breath. Check with your doctor before starting a new exercise program.
