Carb cycling puts more carbohydrate on your hardest training days and less on rest days. Build a simple weekly plan around your schedule.
How this works
Your two hardest training days are high-carb days (115% of your daily calories, 50% from carbs), other training days are moderate (100%, 35% carbs) and rest days are low-carb (15% carbs, with calories set so your weekly total stays the same).
Protein stays at about 1.8 g per kg of body weight every day; fat fills the remaining calories.
