Stopwatch & Rest Timer

Time your laps and sets with the stopwatch, or count down your rest between sets so you start the next one on time.

How this works

The stopwatch records split and total times for each lap. The rest timer counts down your recovery between sets and beeps when it is time to go again.

Typical rest periods: 30–60 seconds for endurance and circuits, 60–120 seconds for muscle building, and 2–5 minutes for heavy strength work.

Stop exercising and rest if you feel pain, dizziness or unusual shortness of breath. Check with your doctor before starting a new exercise program.
