Get personalized keto macros for weight loss, maintenance or muscle gain: your daily calories, fat, protein and net carbs in grams.
How this works
Calories start from your total daily energy expenditure (Mifflin–St Jeor × activity) and are adjusted for your goal. Net carbs are fixed at the level you choose, protein is set at about 1.8 g per kg of lean mass (or 1.3 g per kg of body weight if you don’t enter body fat), and fat makes up the remaining calories.
Calories are never set below 1,200 for women or 1,500 for men.
Results are estimates for general information only and are not medical advice. Talk to your doctor or a registered dietitian before making major changes to your diet or exercise, especially if you are pregnant or have a health condition.
