Ease tight hips, a stiff back or desk-bound shoulders with a guided stretching routine. Pick your problem area and time, and follow the timer.
How this works
Choose a target and length to get a set of static stretches held for 20–90 seconds each, timed with a follow-along player. Stretch to a feeling of mild tension, never pain, and breathe slowly. Static stretching is best after exercise or as its own session; before a workout, use the warm-up generator instead.
Stop exercising and rest if you feel pain, dizziness or unusual shortness of breath. Check with your doctor before starting a new exercise program.
